Being in touch with my own pleasure and being able to access it, advocate for it, and revel in it, and loving the sensual pleasures of life - hot sex, delicious food, fun, and good feelings - led me to be trained as a sex and relationship coach through the Somatica Institute®. I am now able to use my experience to help others overcome their issues with sex, desire, and shame.

Learning to be a sex and relationship coach through the Somatica® Institute taught me how to love my body more, see my triggers more clearly, build resilience for my nervous system, and embrace my hurt inner child so my grown-up self can be confident, proud, and free. I have more joy, and I feel more sexy and fun in my connections with others. And you can too.

What services do you offer?

As coach and client, we connect on a deep level and create a felt experience of what you really want from your life, and how to go about getting it. We may explore from many different angles - practicing skills like asking for what you want, reclaiming your full self-expression, making consent sexy, and emotional self-regulation, as well as breath, movement, and education. Exploring your desires in a safe container starts to dismantle harmful societal messages and build a new framework of self-confidence, self-love, and self-acceptance. This helps you tune in to who you are and how you want to move through the world and all your relationships.
Relationship skills can be learned, and we learn best by DOING! Explore new levels of intimacy, love, and pleasure together. Practice repair after rupture. Communicate about boundaries, needs, and desires.
After we meet individually for a one-on-one session with each partner, we meet all together. Individual sessions for each partner may also continue as needed.
*Polyamorous configurations of 3 or more are welcome, with the understanding that these require more complex attention and special scheduling considerations.
My coaching uses a practical, reality-based approach. You will walk away with practical tools for self-soothing and self-knowledge, partner connections, communication, and understanding what your needs and desires are and how to get them met. Every session is customized to your needs in the moment.
We explore a range of conversations and activities that are fun and interactive, and lead to deep insights or lasting shifts in how you see yourself and how you interact with the world.
